The Eventful Projects approach is simple, we collaborate with clients to design, manage and produce extraordinary conferences and events that connect, convert and captivate audiences.

Initial Consultation & Brief

Our FREE 45-minute initial consultation is where we obtain a brief from our client, identify objectives and ascertain expectations in order to create a customised and successful strategy.

Quote & Acceptance

Following the initial consultation, we will provide you with a comprehensive quote and scope of works for your review and acceptance.

Client Onboarding

Upon acceptance of our quote and scope of works you will be sent an Eventful Projects client onboarding kit comprising of our event management agreement, initial deposit invoice and login credentials to our project management workflow platform.

Event Strategy, Framework & Planning

Once we receive your signed agreement, scope of works and payment of the initial deposit, a customised strategy and framework will be created based on your brief, instructions, timeframe and budget. Upon approval of our strategy and framework we will commence event planning. We work in line with the agreed project milestones using quality products and services; conducting frequent checks and balances throughout the event lifecycle. Our clients receive regular reports and can access a project snapshot at any time via our project management workflow platform.

Event Deployment

This is where the magic happens!! Our strategy, framework and planning is transformed into a live event. The Eventful Projects team will manage your event onsite per the agreed quote and scope of works.

Final Invoice, Post Event Evaluation & Debrief

You will receive your final Eventful Projects invoice upon conclusion of your event. At this time, we will make an appointment with you to debrief the event reviewing the project as a whole; identifyingkey findings, project successes and future opportunities for improvement. We also evaluate financial success.
