Make an impact with your event invitations, this is often the first contact you have delegates and of course where first impressions are formed. It is also imperative to keep the delegate experience and communication flowing all the way through to post event communication.
Event evaluations a very valuable tool for all events; they provide you with insight to how your event has been perceived from the people who have experienced it. It is always nice to receive positive feedback but it is most beneficial to hear the elements that delegates feel need improving. Post event evaluations also provide you with perspective to plan your next event i.e. preferred venue or destination.
