What’s going to be on your Christmas menu this year? In my hometown of Adelaide I will be spending Christmas with my immediate family; a nice intimate lunch that progresses into dinner with 27 of us!! Yes you read that right 27 of us – as usual it is a ‘my big fat Greek Christmas’!!!

Our family lunch features some of the traditional Christmas menu items but also includes those Greek staples we love! Here is a sneak peek into some of the items on our Christmas day menu.

BBQ barramundi infused with lemon, chilli and coriander (Mum’s specialty)

This year we are bringing Heston Blumenthal to our table with his Hidden Orange Christmas Pudding. Obviously we will be needing a lot of them! Served with ice cream of course.
